My name is Lucy "Scholl" (aka. heart and "scholl"). Im a nineteen year old Texan who sings country music and dreams of moving to Nashville. I could probably sing before I could talk and by the time I was two years old, I had the entire song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" memorized. (hand motions and all) Long story short, I love to sing. I'm a born and raised Texan although I'm the first in my family to claim that title. My parents moved eleven times before they had me. And then when I came along they decided to quit the craziness and settle down in the lone star state. Boy am i sure glad they did! I LOVE Texas. I wouldn't want to have grown up anywhere else. I truly believe Texas is the greatest state in 'merica. Ya'll. Currently, I'm a student at BYU in Provo, Utah. I am studying Commercial Music with a vocal/songwriting emphasis. I love to write songs. It really is a great therapy and escape. I can say things through music I wouldn't normally know how to put into words. I love the thrill singing a new song gives me as I watch the audience react.
"Heart and Scholl" is a title my brother actually came up with. I wanted something that displayed who I was but that was different and stood out from other blog titles. On this blog you're going to read all about my "heart and scholl" and how I put all I've got into everything I do. I am a very passionate person and I love lots of different things. I love beauty, fashion, music, technology, design. And you're going to get a little bit of all of it! I dont want to hold myself down to one "type" of blog, so this is a smorgasbord blog. haha!
